General Description of the Feature

This feature deals with the development of two improvements related with the Approval Types.

Administration

A new administration page has been created where an admin user can access all available Approval Types entities and their information. The new approval Types grid list is the  ~/SetupEntities/List/WorkFlow/IDMS_WF_APPROVALTYP and it consists of:

  • A grid list including all the entities and columns with all the available fields of the relevant table
  • Each entity has an row action with 3 possible options:
    • Edit
    • Delete
    • Export
  • The Edit/Create pop-up includes the following fields, which also appear as columns in the grid list:
    • Code
    • Name
    • Approval Page
    • Auto Approve Assembly
    • Notification Message
    • Users To Notify Setup Key
    • Users To Notify Assembly
    • Entity Name
    • Entity Url
    • Resource Key
    • Pre Execution Function
    • Workflow Notification Template
    • Workflow Type
    • Installation Code
  • The header of the grid list has 3 possible buttons:
    • Filter button with the following filters:
      • Code
      • Name
      • Notification Message
      • Workflow Type
      • Installation Code
    • Plus (plus) button, for creating new entries
    • Action button, which includes the following actions:
      • Reorder columns
      • Export All
      • Export Selected
      • Import Entities
      • Export data to excel

  

Workflow - Approval types

When opening or creating an Approval State, the admin has to select the Approval type from a single-selection grid list. The list includes all the available approval types filtered from the matching Installation Code of the environment and matching Workflow Type of the Workflow in question.
