With this selection the user can communicate with the BP via Viber.
This way of communication is enabled if the customer has provided a consent for the GDPR channel SMS.
Ιf the SMS is not activated as a communication method according to the GDPR standards, then when selecting Viber, the user will be informed that the specific Contact Person cannot receive messages due to the inactive SMS method.
