General Description of the Feature
This feature is an enhancement of the OrderDiscountApproval functionality.
The Approval page has been enhanced with a new field called "Lead". This field included the Lead code of the respective entity and acts as a redirection link into the Lead sales process page.

Business Benefit
The User that is configured to provide the Approval for this request (Approval Manager) can easily get redirected into the relevant entity page and examine the lead.
