Feature Showcase
Adding any of the above Business cases enables the Evaluation Document Menu to appear in Actions for Purchase Leads.
A User with the BC 12143 can upload a Template File for other to use for the Evaluation Documents.
A User with the BC 12144 can download the Template File to use for the Evaluation.
After a User with BC 12145 successfully uploads an Evaluation Document they can be found in the tab Related of the Purchase Lead
Potential Error Messages
If a User with the BC 12144 tries to download the template file and it has not been setup previously the will encounter the following error
On the other hand a User with the BC 12145 tries to upload a file without a template being setup will be greeted with the following error:
