General Description of the Feature
This feature introduces a new validation to ensure that an order document exists before allowing the transition to "Upload signed order" for both Retail and Multi-Unit Sales (MUS) processes. This validation is specifically implemented for the Dacia tenant to maintain the integrity of order processing.
Retail Sales
- Check if Retail Order Exists: The system verifies if there is a document of type "Order" that is not in the "Cancelled" status. If such a document exists, the validation passes, allowing the transition to proceed.
MUS
- Check if at Least One Multi-Unit Sales Order Exists: The system checks for the presence of at least one vehicle document item in a document of type "WholesaleOrder" with a status of 110 (indicating "Order"). If this condition is met, the validation passes, permitting the transition.
These validations ensure that the necessary order documentation is in place before proceeding with uploading the signed order, thereby enhancing the accuracy and compliance of the sales process.
