General Description of the Feature
This feature enhances the Interactions tab on the Business Partner (BP) page and introduces new Interactions tabs for the Retail Sales Lead/Opportunity page and the Multi-unit Sales Lead/Opportunity page. These enhancements improve the organization and display of interactions, providing a more comprehensive view of customer interactions across various categories.
General Enhancements
Icons for multiple entries of the same category within the same time period are now displayed only once, with a counter bubble indicating the number of occurrences, reducing vertical expansion and improving visual clarity.
- The gridlist view now shows pages containing 20 items each, with "next" and "previous" buttons and an indicator showing the current page and results displayed.
- An editable note field has been added for call center activities. Users with access to BC "13218" can edit this note field, while others will only see the note.
- The database view responsible for fetching lead interactions has been updated to improve the accuracy of vehicle information displayed (Model, VIN, License Plate).
New Categories:
- Notifications: Consolidates OneDealer notifications (Email/SMS) sent to the BP.
- WhatsApp Interactions: Displays WhatsApp interactions with the BP, counted as one interaction per day of message exchange.
- Viber Interactions: Displays Viber interactions with the BP, counted similarly to WhatsApp interactions.
Retail Lead Page Enhancements
New Interactions Tab:
- Functions similarly to the BP Interactions Tab but shows only relevant interactions for the lead.
- Allows filtering by date, category, and Vehicle of Interest (VOI).
Filtering:
- The current VOI is preselected as a filter, directly influencing "Lead Activities" displayed.
- Categories are classified as "Lead Bound" (directly associated with the lead) and "BP Bound" (directly associated with the BP).
- When a user selects "All Categories" or a "BP Bound" category as a filter, displaying results are restricted for these categories to the duration between the first and last "Lead Bound" categories.
Timeline Views per Date Range:
- Adjusts the timeline view based on the date range of the results, categorized into three cases:
- Less than a month: Month timeline view.
- More than a month but less than three months: 3-Month timeline view.
- More than three months: Year timeline view.

Multi-Unit Lead Page Enhancements
- New Interactions Tab:
- Mirrors the categories found on the Retail Lead Page but features "Multi-Unit Lead Activity" instead of "Lead Activity".
- Does not include a VOI filter as Multi-Unit Leads do not incorporate VOIs.

These enhancements provide a more organized and detailed view of interactions, improving the ability to track and manage customer engagements. The new functionalities streamline the display of interactions, making it easier for users to access relevant information and make informed decisions.
