3.14.7 - New field "Initial Inquiry Interest"

General Description of the Feature

This feature is designed to record the initial inquiry interest, particularly when the interest type is initially labeled as "Unknown" or "Unknown Vehicle" and later changes to a different interest.

If there is data added in the "Interest" field during the inquiry creation process, this information will be transferred to a Lead/Opportunity when converting the inquiry. The data from the "Interest" field in the Inquiry Page are transferred in the "Initial Inquiry Interest" field in the Lead/Opportunity page under the "Inquiry" tab.

If there is no information entered in the "Interest" field, the corresponding fields, namely "Interest" in the Inquiry page and "Initial Inquiry Interest" in the Lead/Opportunity page, will not be displayed.

Business Benefit

This improvement offers users additional information about the initial interest of the end customer. This information is stored in the Lead/Opportunity page from the moment the Lead/Opportunity is created until it is closed.
