General Description of the Feature
This feature deals with an enhancement of the an existing Transition Required view as part of the Tenant: AutoHellas customization.
The required view "Simple Sales Document Offer Accept View" has been altered to include a "Special Notes" field within the Offer Preview pop-up, when opened from a system with InstallationCode = AutoHellas.
A user, after the Offer(s) creation, can select to proceed with the "Create Order" or "Accept Offer" transition. After selecting based on which Offer the Order will be created (View button), the preview Offer pop-up opens. Within this pop-up, at the bottom there is a new field called "Special Notes". Users can fill this text box with data and then select to finish the process and create the Order.
On the Order document creation, the integration with the DMS through ODIL is triggered sending this Order to the DMS. In the json file including all the Order information, this "Special Notes" are also included.
Business Benefit
Provides possibility to send special notes to the DMS during the Order creation.
