General Description of the Feature

Organization Unit Setup

In order to set up an organization unit for each company the user navigates to the company list (~/UserManagement/CompaniesList) and either creates a new entry or, selects an existing one. When the page that loads, the user selects the ‘Organization Positions’ tab

All organization positions set up for this specific company can be found here.

Each organization unit (Company/Branch/Location)used, should have a compliance officer.
This can be done by selecting the appropriate action from the top-right corner of the page:

For example in order to create a new organization position on Location unit.
A pop up will appear:

In oder to update the fields of the pop-up the user chooses

  • For user, the one created as compliance officer.
  • A preferred Location
  • For position type, we select “GDPR Compliance Officer”

The user Saves the action and a new entry is created under the Organization Units tab.

After the configuration completion, whenever a GDPR document is printed, the compliance officer’s name will be shown to it.


Actions ->Data Privacy -> Digitally Sign GDPR.

On the popup that opens, then selects as template the modified document.

and chooses ‘Digitally Sign’.

The printable file will open, and the name of the related compliance officer will be shown

The user modifies the GDPR document and a adds new field that has the following value: {DataPrivacy.GDPRComplianceOfficer}.

Prerequisite : A compliance officer has been created through ~/UserManagement/UsersList 


Business Benefit

The printable file will open, and the name of the related compliance officer will be shown on the printable GDPR document
