To add a GDPR consent to a BP, the user must navigate in the BP grid list, select and edit a BP. From the Actions menu, the user can select the action: Data Privacy:
- Upload Signed GDPR or
- Digital Sign GDPR
Whatever the sales person selects a pop up appears only one consent and four channels
The user must check the box 'The customer has signed the current privacy policy' and save the selection. In case of Digital Sign GDPR, the template below is selected and loaded, the customer must digitally sign, and the user can save the document.
The uploaded scanned document or the digitally signed document, are stored and are visible under the tab Data Privacy of the BP form.
Configuration
When the Setup key "AreDataPrivacyChannelsPerConsent" is false, the GDPR statement includes common channels for all consents.
