General Description of the Feature
This feature deals with an enhancment in the Internal Print Provider. An additional file is used in printing from the Model Leaflet in the printable files (Offer - Order - Signed Order - Payment Form - Vehicle Delivery - Signed Vehicle Delivery - Preview - Signed Vehicle Purchase Order - Signed Vehicle Purchase Offer - Vehicle Purchase Signed Order - Vehicle Purchase Handover - Vehicle Purchase Signed Handover - Damage Report - Signed Damage Report - Test Drive Contract - Signed Test Drive Contract - Vehicle Printout).
Specifically in the Print Provider For Business Type Setup page is displayed an new column "Use Model Leaflet" with the printable files which are able for this new function
A new page "Model Leaflet List" has also been created where the user can see all the available leaflets
By clicking in the icon "+" a new pop up is displayed where users can create a new model Leaflet. User have to select 1)Reference Code: have to fill out the code of XIS_MFCTCD, XIS_FMLYCR and XIS_MDLS for each corresponding entity, 2)File Name: a description for new model leaflet, 3)File Path: select the path of the pdf you want
So if for example select the offer from the use model leaflet and create a model leaflet for BMW when a user create an offer for a BMW during the process of a lead the selected pdf is displayed at the bottom of the offer's printable file
