General Description of the Feature

This feature deals with the enhancement during the process of a Lead, Opportunity, Purchase Lead or Complaint Case. Specifically when a user from the call center create a lead via a call with a client then it is necessary the new lead to be assigned to a sales person.

So when a user from the call center creates a lead he/she can reassign the lead to a specific Branch - Location - Team via Actions Tab


Then a sales person from this specific Branch - Location - Team can assign to self this lead from the unassigned leads grid list by clicking in the link of the lead

Business Benefit

This new feature helps all the users from all departments to manage better a Lead, Opportunity, Purchase Lead or Complaint Case

Configuration 

Business Cases:

  • 1851 - Enable team reassignment process after Lead / Opportunity creation
  • 1852 - Enable team reassignment process after Purchase Lead creation
  • 1853 - Enable team reassignment process after Complaint Case creation

BC 1851

In the regular Reassignment "Reassign Leads/Opportunities to Sales Persons List" >> When the user has the 1851 Business Case can reassign the lead/opportunity to a sales person that is on another branch.
