General Description of the Feature
This feature is an enhancement of the Workflow External Function "Send Damage Report To User". The enhancement includes the following three changes:
- When selecting a User in the field "User Name" of the "TestDrive Damage Report", the whole First and Last name is displayed.
- No matter the value of the switch "Demo drive vehicle received without damages", if a user writes some comments in the General Note field do the following:
- On "Confirm" of the form, pass everything that is written in the General Notes into the "History Notes" of the Activities tab. This way, the user can add more info if he wants and on save of the activity, the notes will be saved and appear in the Agenda as they normally do.
- If the switch "Demo drive vehicle received without damages" = No, then an OneDealer bell notification, to the selected User from the field "User Name", will be send saying: "A Test Drive Damage Report has been added for the vehicle <Vehicle ID> in the Lead <Lead ID>." The notification will redirect the user within the specified Lead.
Business Benefit
With the enhancement of this feature, selected Employees can be notified when a Test Drive vehicle has been returned with damages. In addition, all the notes are saved and displayed in the Agenda for historical purposes.
