Add a new vehicle as "Owned vehicle" from the BP card page

The Business Case ID that was always related  with the "Add Vehicle" function is the BC ID: 12079

The correction that is noted in the release note https://wiki.onedealer.com/x/Phrx is related with the available action you have after selecting the "Add" → "Vehicle" (screenshot 1). As soon as you add the BC a new button will appear in the Add section called "Add Vehicle" when you select this button a pop-up will open, when you click on the field "Vehicle" a grid list with all the existing vehicles will open.

The new function/correction is that instead of selecting an existing vehicle you can click on the plus button that this page will have and create a new vehicle that will be customer vehicle and have this BP as owner.
