These two indicators mark the planned and the real execution time of the relative activity:

  • The "End" indicates when this Activity was planned to be closed.
  • The "Closed" indicates when the user actual moved one with the workflow and closed the Activity.

For example:

On the bottom bubble,

The Sales Advisor has planned the "Offer Follow up" for 30/6/2021 but didn't moved on with the workflow this planned date and after some days, he planned a Showroom Visit (as the next Activity). For the system this means that the previous planned activity (the Offer Follow Up) closed in reality this date and not the actual planned date.

So, if the sales advisor did everything correct, the system shows here that he was 6 days late (from 30/6 until today 5/7) to make his next move and plan the next activity.

If the "End" Date is later in the future than the "Closed" date it means that the sales advisor has planned an activity for a specific date and time, when he actual executed it earlier than the planned date and time.
