Description of the Bug
When a user uploads a file to a job card using the "Upload file" function
, the uploaded file is also saved in the vehicle data under Documents Files
The result of this is that these files will appear in all newly created job cards for this vehicle under Documents, Files section.
Any file uploaded to a job card should only be saved on that specific job card and should not be transferred to the vehicle card page.
Files that are uploaded to the JobCard should remain in the one JobCard.
Files that are uploaded to the vehicle master data should be displayed in all JobCards under a new Section “Related Vehicles Files”
Files that are uploaded in other JobCards for the same Vehicle should not appear in other Jobcards
Resolution
- Files that are uploaded to the JobCard remain in the one JobCard.
- Files that are uploaded to the vehicle master data are displayed in all JobCards under the new Section “Related Vehicles Files”
- Files that are uploaded in other JobCards for the same Vehicle are not appear in other Jobcards
JobOrder page displays only the Photos and Files uploaded for this specific Job Order and under the new Section “Related Vehicles Files” the files uploaded in the Vehicle Card Page for the specific vehicle are displayed.
New Job Orders for the same vehicle does not contain Photos and Files uploaded to the previous Job Orders
Vehicle Card Page does not contain the Photos and Files uploaded from the JobOrders and from the BP Page
