Smart documents now can combine text and enhanced set of parameters to provide additional information.

Configuration 

For adding a parameter at a “Document Template” you need to find the proper location in the template and then:

  • Select the Developer (Tab) and at the "Controls" section - click on "Legacy Tool" - "Text Form field".
  • Double click on the gray marked area.
  • Provide the "Default text" field
  • Click on "Add Help Text" button
  • Click on "Type your own" option and provide the parameter

 

Additional Information 

The parameters can be available in any .rtf document as long as you enable at the MS Word, the “Developer” tools by:

  • Selecting "File"
  • Selecting “Options
  • Selecting “Customize Ribbon
  • Clicking on “Developer” icon and on the "OK" button
