There are different sales activities that can take place in the sales process and that are depicted in the sales advisor calendar. 

Indicatively we can refer to: 

1) Schedule a visit appointment 

2) Offer follow-up call 

3) Delivery Appointment 

etc..


When a sales activity is selected, based on the workflow set-up, the system proposes the start date and time of the activity and the duration. The user has the possibility to change both. The activity can be also schedule to happen in a specific location, and to promote cross-selling or up-selling, the user can invite a colleague to join this activity. 



All activities are available in the calendar of the user, and when selected the user is redirected to the Lead page to get the details over this sales lead or opportunity.
