The user navigates to the Inquiry Grid List to process Inquiry in status 'Generated'.
Initially the Contact must be qualified. The system checks for any duplicates based on specific rules, and then prompts the user with the choice to create a Corporate or Private business partner. Depending on the choice the respective page is loaded (business partner type company, or Business partner type partner).
As soon as the Business Partner is created, the status is updated to 'Person Qualified'.
The interest is qualified by creating a Lead or an Opportunity by selecting the respective function from the Actions menu. The status of Inquiry is updated to 'In Process'.
