General Description of the Feature
This feature introduces the creation and printing of a "Test Drive Feedback" document during the test drive execution step. This enhancement allows users to generate the print document, manually edit, scan, and upload the feedback form to DSW via a specific action in the retail or multi-unit sales process page.
Creation and Printing of Test Drive Feedback Document:
- A new external function creates a "Create Test Drive Feedback document" both retail and multi-unit scenarios.
- These documents are printed using newly created Print Business Types to support both retail and multi-unit scenarios.
After printing, the document is manually filled out on paper, signed, scanned, and uploaded to DSW using a new action on the sales process page named "Upload Test Drive Feedback Document".
- The upload action updates the current printed document with the uploaded file.
- The upload action is available only on specified States of the workflow and only for users with the respective permission.
Business Benefit
This enhancement provides a structured method to capture and store customer feedback from test drives. By integrating the manual feedback process with the DSW system, it ensures that all feedback is documented, easily accessible, and up-to-date.
