General Description of the Feature
When an offer in a Lead with many VOIs is canceled then the VOI is also cancelled
Consequently the status of the VOI in the vehicle tab is set to inactive and the VOI cannot be selected from the drop down list
If Offer document is Canceled, but VOI related to the canceled document is the last one available, the VOI is not deactivated to keep WF in workable condition
As depicted in the vehicle tab the VOI has status 'Primary' and doesn't change to 'Inactive'
Business Benefit
VOI cannot be chosen from the drop down list if the related offer is cancelled. If the VOI is the last one in the Lead (primary) then it cannot be Inactive.
