General Description of the Feature
This feature deals with an enhancement in the related documents for Job Cards and Appointments. Specifically in the transition step of the workflow “Scope Sign Off” from Sales Advisor or Technician the new document which is displayed has format:
Secondly in the transition step of the workflow "Book Alternative Transportation" by clicking in the Actions → Valet Service Contract all the available contracts are displayed. At the end of the step two new documents have been created. The first one when the customer receives the vehicle
and the second one when the customer returns the vehicle
At the end the last one new document is displayed in the transition step of the workflow "Handover - Proforma Invoice"
