General Description of the Feature
In order the system to be able to find the correct vehicle for vehicle reservation and vehicle order, we need to define the fifo rules from the relevant setup pages. An administarotor user can create, edit, and delete a new rule. By clicking on the "+" button, they can fill in all the necessary information for the new rule

1.Details Tab: User can check/edit the information
2.FIFO Rule Regions Tab: ** User can add/check/edit the information
The user can create a new FIFO rule region and below it, they have the option to add any others regions
