General Description of the Feature
The request of the feature was to enhance the general search, so the user can search retail or wholesales documents based on an external document ID
The search results should inclide the following fields:
Code: document ID
Contact person: Name + Surname
Lead/Opportunity name: CP name + VOI name
By clicking on the search results the user should be redirected to the Lead/Opportunity page, directed on the tab ‘Related’
Business Benefit
Agent can use global search to look for new entities.
