General Description of the Feature

With this feature a setup key "Jira Incident Code" was created. This setup key is one of the two keys that determine in which project the Jira tickets will be opened.

Business Benefit

By creating this setup keys, the selection of the project for opening Jira tickets becomes more flexible.
