General Description of the Feature
This feature introduces a setup key "DifferentialTaxationDefaultState" that can modify the default value of the "differential taxation" field.
The value of Setup key is "Yes" and the field in New Vehicle Form is "Yes" The value of Setup key is "No" and the field in New Vehicle Form is "No"
Business Benefit
With this feature, the ability to change the default value of the "Differential Taxation" field is enabled.
