General Description of the Feature

This feature encompasses the creation of a range of new functionalities designed specifically for the Heavy Equipment process. The implementation within the Proaxia tenant includes a series of Workflow functions aimed at controlling the business process based on different user roles. Additional functionalities associated with the Product have been documented separately in the corresponding article.

Transition Required ViewUpload Related DocumentsThis "Transition Required View" displays a button facilitating the upload of multiple PDF files. Once selected, these files are locally stored in the browser. Upon initiating the save action associated with the transition, the files are transmitted to the relevant external function for storing. Moreover, the view displays the names of the uploaded files. Selecting the upload button again results in the removal of the existing files and the addition of the newly selected files.

  • It saves the files from the "Upload Related Documents" view associated with the transition as related files of the lead/opportunity.

  • It reassigns the lead to the user with UsedID configured in the setup key "TechnicalMemberUserId."

Technical Specification Approval

  • TechnicalSpecificationApproval: Designed to present essential information about the lead/opportunity, along with a comprehensive overview of all files upload and present in the "Related" tab. It's important to note that this approval process does not include an automatic approval functionality, meaning once configured the relevant Workflow will always pass from this approval. The notifications associated with this process and the approval request are  2036.

Auto Reassignment

In instances where either the technical specifications are approved or the provided customer requirements prove insufficient, prompting the Technical User to seek further information, the following workflow external function can be used for an automatic reassignment. This reassignment adheres to reassignment hierarchy rules.

  • It reassigns the lead to the immediate previous Sales Person (user). In cases where the lead has undergone multiple reassignments, the operation reverts it to the user who held the assignment immediately before the current one.

Enhancement of:

This feature represents an enhancement for the Heavy Equipment process within the Proaxia Tenant. Specifically, it is combined to the functionality outlined in the feature 3.14.1 - Heavy Equipment Process - Offer Attachments which is part of the standard product.

Support the heavy equipment process, by enhancing the workflow with new workflow functions.

Setup Keys:

  • TechnicalMemberUserId: Refers to the numeric user ID of the technical member. This ID is utilized to specify the user to whom leads will be reassigned automatically following the execution of the external function "PRO_UploadCustomerRequirementDocuments".
