General Description of the Feature

This new feature brings an important improvement to how multiple External Functions are set up in a Workflow Transition.

Administrative users, using the workflow editor, now have the ability to configure and manage the execution order of multiple external functions attached to each workflow transition. Adjustments can be made effortlessly using the arrow buttons (up/down), and all changes are automatically saved.

This configuration capability ensures that external functions run in a specific order, which is particularly crucial when one function relies on data generated by a preceding one.

(warning) Note: External Functions configured or developed to work "asynchronously" are an exception. They will consistently execute last, and their order can't be controlled through the workflow editor.

Business Benefit

This enhancement provides administrators with a more efficient way to organize the sequence of external functions, contributing to a smoother workflow execution process.

Configuration

Organize the order of the External Function execution that already exist in the Workflows used by the environments.
