General Description of the Feature
This small improvement solves a small shortcoming of the main feature of Recall Campaign Entities and Functionality ODP-1188.
This change allows the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) to be edited from the Job Card - Customer Concern details page.
The changes in DTC code are not updated to Campaign, but is kept on the Job Card-level.
DTC In the Recall Campaigns data remains constant after the change applied on the Job Card CC

user can edit the DTC Code, or enter it if it was not defined during the creation or import of the campaign entry
