Configuration
Business Cases:
- 12316 - Show campaign dropdown in the creation forms
Omnichannel Campaign:
Campaign existence is mandatory. The Campaign should have the following characteristics :
- be "Active" (not expired)
- have at least one channel instance of type = Offline
