General Description of the Feature
The design of this feature includes a new way with which all users can search a business partner by his phone number. If a phone number is saved with some specific characters "( ) + - ' /" (and spaces) now users can search with copy paste the phone number with these specific characters in the Gloal Search adding the symbol "~" in the beggining or without characters at all.

With this feature now it is easier and faster for the users to search business partners by their pnone number
