General Description of the Feature
There are two changes/enhancements made for this feature. The first one is the creation and expose of a new field on the Contact Person card page and the second change is the enhancement of a view, which is used from Lighthouse in order to read DSW data, with the addition of this new field.
Contact Person page
The new field "DMS Code" can be found within the Contact Person card page, in the tab "Contact Person" and section "Contact". This is a free text box string field, which can be filled manually or through the relevant DMS integration.

Not in Scope
The scope and the functionality, Lighthouse Omnichannel Campaigns will use this new field, is not part of this feature.
Business Benefit
DSW and Omnichannel Campaigns are able to have a common code with the respective DMS. Until now another common code field for the communication of the two environments was the DSW internal BP Code and CP Code, however this is not a code known by the DMS.
