General Description of the Feature
With this feature the way that sales incentives are presented at the offer sheet and offer preview popup is changed.
Previously, the Sales Incentives in a Wholesale offer sheet and offer preview popup were represented on the “all document” level taken as it was from retail offer sheet and offer preview popup, where we had a relation of 1 vehicle per 1 offer, meaning they were related to each vehicle within the offer.
Now with the Parent Line ID, in a Wholesale Lead the Sales Incentives are related to a specific vehicle and not to the whole offer document.
The offer sheet has been updated in order to present the exact relationship between the chosen sales incentive and the vehicle line.
The major change is that the separate table that contained the sales incentives is now removed and each sales incentive is added under each vehicle line (same logic as the document items and automatic document items).
Also, the name of the table is now changed to “Items & Sales Incentives” which is a more fitting one since the table now contains the sales incentives as well.
- The “Price Percentage” column is exclusive to the sales incentives functionality and will be presented only if sales incentives exist at the offer. Otherwise, it will remain hidden
- Add Sales Incentive
Now, the “plus” button is transferred under the reset of the vehicle line’s actions where the user can add a sales incentive under a vehicle line. This way, each sales incentive will be added under each vehicle line (document item).
When clicking at the “Add Sales Incentive” button, a grid list will open with the retrieved sales incentives based on the criteria the sales incentives have been created, such as Make Code / Family Code / Model Code / Not combinable Codes / Start Date / End Date etc.)
Then the user, selects the desired sales incentives and clicks at the “arrow” button on the top right of the list. The selected sales incentive(s) will be added under the vehicle line, after passing the “not combinable” validation.
- Remove Sales Incentive
In order to remove a sales incentive, the user have to go at the actions on the right of the desired sales incentive and select the delete button.
- Offer preview popup
Each sales incentive is placed under their respective vehicle line (document item) based on the value of the parent’s item LineId
In DSW we have also the possibility to add automatically in the offer Sales Incentives, which will be displayed under each Vehicle of Interest (on VOI level).
Sales incentives are automatically applied to the offer in case the required configuration has been made by the authorized user (Administrator or Sales Manager User). (See section: New Administration and Process pages)
When the User creates a Wholesale Lead and selects to create an Offer, the Sales Incentives are automatically applied to the offer.
The user can add also sales incentives on a VOI level from the 
icon as described above.
Note: Adding 1 sales incentive to all existing vehicles in the offer is not supported.
When the User has completed the preparation of the Offer, he must select the "Get DMS Prices" (Only for environments they support this function) to execute the pricing simulation to update the prices based on the DMS.
By selecting "Apply" and "Save" the offer will be created and the created Offer Document can be found under the tab Related in the section "Printable Files"
In Decoupled environments we have the possibility to check how the Sales incentives are transferred through API to the DMS:

Configuration
New Administration and Process pages:
* Prerequisites for Sales Incentives
* In the DSW Setup page "Sales Incentives Activation Setup Page" (~/SetupEntities/SalesIncentivesActivationSetupPage) the Status must be "active"
* In the Sales Incentives Grid List (~/SetupEntities/SalesIncentivesGridList) must exist an entry for the particular vehicle (VOI) or we need to create a new sales incentive
