General Description of the Feature
This feature allows the user to create VAT groups directly from the DSW interface without the involvement of any DMS (e.g SAP B1).
Business Benefit
The users can work directly setting-up the VAT Groups, without having to update any values in any DMS as this is handled exclusively by the DSW now.
