Description of the Bug
AWT specific issue.
The Notification section in the Related tab does not appear any any lead even when notifications have been send.
Resolution
Issue is corrected and now when at least one notification email has been send or scheduled to be sent in a lead, the "Notification" section inside the "Related" tab will appear and include all these notification emails.
Actions to follow the deployment
This feature was corrected for AWT in version patch 2.42.2 and will also be included in the full version deployment of 2.43
