General Description of the Feature

This feature introduces the process of retrieving all new leads from RLead to NMT. Specifically every X minutes (configured by ODIS) ODIS pulls all the new leads from RLead with all the necessary data

Important Configuration:

  • Inquiry Key Relation for all the Source Channel combinations DSW can receive and the decision if it will be auto-qualified or not.
  • Dealer Unit for each Company, Branch, Location, Make combination and the User or Team that will receive each Inquiry.
  • Mapping on Adapter side between Branch Codes and BranchIDs
  • Custom Fields Mapping for all the custom fields that need to be send from the Inquiry API request.
  • WebService User for authentication of ODInquiryServices.onesrv


After the pulling process a new inquiry is created for every lead in MNT
