The user can Reserve a vehicle that exists as VOI by adding the start and end day of the reservation and a reason if applicable.
As soon as the reservations is successfully saved, the user can:
- view the reservation record in the reservation history
- view the reservation record, under the section "Active Reservations" in the Reservation tab of the Vehicle Card Page
- view the indicator Reserved in the Vehicles Grid List
