With this action the user can copy Flags from another vehicle in the inventory. The user is prompted to select from which vehicle the flags will be copied.
After selecting, the flags to be copied are listed in a pop-up form. The user has the possibility to add more Flags to the specific car by clicking on the 
button.
The user clicks the Save button and the selection of Flags is saved.
