When an appointment is set for the current date (the appointment is displayed in the virtual lounge widget) the user can select the action "Check in virtual Lounge" from the Menu Action Buttons.

Then a notification is displayed to the sales/service advisor to whom the appointment is assigned.



When the appointment with the customer is concluded, then the user can select the action Check-out virtual lounge, either from the widget, or from the BP Card - Actions button.
