With this selection of this action the user can communicate with the business partner via E-mail.
This way of communication is enabled if the BP has given the consent for the GDPR channel Email.
In the pop-up form the user must fill in the mandatory fields:
- Recipient(s)- It is filled-out by the email address if exists.
- Subject- Text. A user must write a related text
- E-mail Body-Free Text The user writes the desired message.
