With this selection the user can add a New Task related to this Business Partner.

In order to create a Task, the user must fill-out the following fields in the pop-up form: 




Title: A summary of the task 

Date: The date and the time that the task must be accomplished. 

Create Activity in Calendar: If activated, this task will be displayed at the assignee's calendar. 

Task Category: Select a category from the drop-down list. Categories are not mandatory. 

Task Reason: Select a Reason from the drop-down list. Reasons are not mandatory. 

Assign to User: The task can be assigned to a specific user. 

or 

Assign to Team: An alternative case is the task to be assigned to a team. 

The user-creator of the task must have the authority by business case to perform both assignments. 


In order to save the task the user must click on the  button.
