Please check the following steps to ensure that the base URLs for the configurator and the images (used in printed reports) are configured properly.
Step-by-step guide
Confiigurator URL:
- Open the Web.config, find the key VendConfiguratorBaseUrl and change the value to the appropriate one
- This key is used for both the mappings and the rendering for the iframe of the configurator.
Configurator proxy images URL:
- Navigate to ~/SetupEntities/List/Administration/Setup (Setup page)
- Find the Entity Key LighthouseProxyImageSite
- Click edit on the far right
- Change the Entity Value field at the popup to the appropriate value and click "Save"
Use-cases
When creating an order in AWT, a printed file is generated which contains the image of the car. If the image is not appearing in the report, please follow the steps above in order to check if the configuration is correct, especially the configurator proxy images URL
