To add possible values for these 3 fields follow the below setup pages:
- Contact Person Titles: ~/SetupEntities/List/SalesAndLeads/XIS_AcademicTitles
- Contact Person Letter Salutation: ~/SetupEntities/List/SalesAndLeads/IDMS_SALUTATION
- Contact Person Salutation: ~/SetupEntities/List/SalesAndLeads/IDMS_CPSalutation
All three pages follow the classic DSW grid list format. This means that the available values appear in a list inside the page and the user can add new values from the plus 
button or edit the existing ones from the relevant row action "Edit".
The fields inside the Add/Edit form are:
- Code = unique code for the given value
- Name = name for the value
- Description (only in Letter Salutation and in Salutation) = description of the value
- Resource = translation code from the resources table
