Welcome to the section Configuration Guideline. 

In this section we provide guidelines on what and how needs to be configured in each of the products in our Product Portfolio in order to put a system in production. 

The Configuration Guideline consists of the following: 

  1. The Configuration Catalog → Configuration_Catalogue_version-5-2.xlsx

The Configuration Catalog

The configuration catalog includes all the configuration items classified in the following categories: 

1- Std Product configuration items that can be Universal (a set-up that must exist in every installation), Make dependent (set-up required depending on the Manufacturer(s) of the dealership (i.e. Hyundai, FORD,etc...) 

2- The Country configuration items (specific set-up required for the country i.e. Taxes in Sales, or Purchases, Regions, etc...) 

3- The Customer configuration items (specific set-up required for a particular customer (i.e. Branches, Locations, Users, etc...) 

There are four types of configuration items: 

  1. Tables 
  2. Option Fields 
  3. Set-up Keys 
  4. Business cases

For each configuration item you can find the ones related and that must be configured in integrated products such as Mysite, Myaccount, SAP B1, OmniChannel, etc... By clicking on the link Confluence Guideline you will be redirected to the page that explains in detail how to set-up this particular item and how it is being used in the product.
