The Sales Blueprint is a document describing in detail the processes of the system relevant to Sales, using workflows and description of each process step. The document  is used for the Solution Verification workshops (refer to the Implementation Framework) to document the identified functional gaps or to document new functions required by the customer as part of the overall offered solution.
