The curriculum is the training path of an individual to get trained and enabled in order to be able to fulfill the expectations of his role. It consists of different training content delivered in a variety of methods. The content and the training method as well as the order in which the training should be taken by the individual is called Curriculum.
Curricula are usually different per role and per subject.
