In the Activities tab the user can select "Create Offer"
and then click add contracts
Next step is to select a group of contracts. If all existing contract templates in the database are in the same group, this window will be skipped
In the following window the user can select the desired contracts to add to the offer
The contracts are added. The user now can press button to apply and then save
The next step is to "create order"
Now the sales person can select the sentence created in the previous step and save.
Then the sales person can check the created contracts by navigating to business partner page that relates to this Lead. On the tab "Contracts" in the section "Realized Contracts" the user can see new created contracts
