2.27-1.a General Description of the Feature
A new feature related to vehicle reservation is introduced.
For the New Vehicles and/or the Used Vehicles which have been reserved, a new Tab “Active Reservation” in the Vehicle Page will be displayed and the related Reservation File for each particular reservation can be found under the section “Reservation File”.
By selecting the “Reservation History” from the Actions button, all the related reservations with the relevant “Reservation Files” will be displayed.
2.27-1.b Business Benefit
For every vehicle reservation it was important to be able to save and print out the reservation file/document.
2.27-1.c Configuration
The setup key "VehReservationPrintoutDocName" for the Reservation Printout's name must be setup. The setup key must contain under Entity Value the name of the Document Template existing in Notification Server.
The Print Providers need to be set up. It must be selected which print service is to be used.
