General Description of the Feature
This feature allows the user to generate Road Tax calculations for the VAN and Truck vehicle types based on the Weight.
To complete the calculation popup window user must put values in Fields Body Style, Field Type, Min Weight, Max Weight and Road Tax Amount
If the Fields Body Style, Field Type and Min Weight or Body Style, Field Type and Max Weight are same, system displayed error message
