When creating the sales offer, in the section Items the inventory vehicle or the configured VOI is listed, along with its options.
If there are also auto-document lines configured in the system, then the items included in the autodoc lines will be added automatically in this section.
The user has the possibility of adding manually items by selecting the + button available on the right side of the Items section. The items that are available to be selected in the grid list belong to item groups configured in the set-up key: ItemGroupsCommaList
Each item has a retail price and a unit cost defined. The price displayed in the items line is the retail price w/o VAT.
The user has also the possibility to edit the items and modify the price, or add a discount (% or amount). For autodoc lines, the edit possibility is controlled by an indicator in the create/edit autodoc line admin page.
